We want you to treasure your solitaire ring forever, but if it is not the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn jewelry in its original condition. Each piece must be returned with its original diamond grading certificate and security tag intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your ring in its original luxury velvet box and include all original documentation, including the GIA/IGI certificate, inside a secure shipping carton.

• 3.
  Complimentary Shipping

  Affix the prepaid, fully insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the stone and setting against our quality records, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
